Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the TRADECAIRN Technologies website and digital products provided by TRADECAIRN Ventures, LLC. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using a TRADECAIRN product, you agree to these terms.
Electrical Apprentice
TRADECAIRN Electrical Apprentice is a private educational and test-preparation product. It is not a government license, registered apprenticeship program, accredited degree, continuing-education approval, or guarantee of eligibility for any examination unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Users remain responsible for meeting all applicable schooling, on-the-job training, licensing, examination, code-edition, jurisdiction, and authority requirements.
Accounts and access
Product access is issued to the purchaser's TRADECAIRN account and is for that user's personal use unless a separate organizational license says otherwise. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate account information.
Purchases
When live sales are enabled, payments may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record. The price and included access shown at checkout control the transaction. Taxes may be added or included based on the buyer's location and applicable rules.
Full Access and future updates
When Electrical Apprentice is sold as Full Access, the purchaser receives access to the Electrical Apprentice product across supported platforms using the same TRADECAIRN account, including supported mobile applications when released, without a second purchase for the same Electrical Apprentice product. Full Access also includes future updates to Electrical Apprentice. It does not automatically include separately sold TRADECAIRN products, certifications, courses, or services.
Educational content
We work to provide accurate, useful training materials, but electrical codes, standards, licensing rules, examination outlines, and jurisdictional requirements can change. Users should verify current requirements with the applicable authority. References are educational aids and do not replace official publications or professional judgment.
Acceptable use
You may not share or resell account access, scrape or systematically copy protected content, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, use the service unlawfully, or reproduce substantial portions of TRADECAIRN content without permission.
Intellectual property
TRADECAIRN branding, software, original questions, explanations, graphics, training structures, and other original content are owned by TRADECAIRN Ventures, LLC or used with permission. References to third-party standards, products, or trademarks do not transfer ownership of those materials to TRADECAIRN.
No guarantee of results
Study outcomes vary by learner. We do not guarantee that use of Electrical Apprentice will result in employment, licensing, apprenticeship completion, exam eligibility, or a passing examination score.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, add, remove, or reorganize features as the product evolves. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or maintenance.
Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the transaction.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRADECAIRN is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or educational products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply based on a purchaser's location.
